Bangladesh, distinguishing itself from the traditional
business pattern existing. It has introduced
consumer-friendly, intelligent and welfare business strategy
and developed it as a norm for itself. Its every wing’s
state-of-the-art organizational discipline, Eco-friendly
design and landscape and professional choreography is
distinguished from everyone else.
Here we can mention some of the new dimensions this group
has introduced:
1. Introducing Design and Planning Worksheets:
This group has introduced appropriate stage-by-stage design
and planning concepts to implement its projects and hence
it’s mandatory on every sister organizations of this group
to prepare long term design and planning worksheets at every
stage of implementation. This system is badly needed in our
country’s development process.
2. Introducing the concept of Zoning plan in
Urbanization:
In every housing project of this group, it has made
compulsory to prepare and implement detailed zoning plan in
consideration with the highest level of sustainable
development. Only with zoning plan, it’s possible to
maximize the resources of any urban development. It is a
matter of utmost importance that we should start to
formulate a grand zoning plan for the whole Bangladesh for
fifty to hundred years from now.
3. Bringing forth the disciplinary perspectives in the
Real Estate Business:
It is customers’ right to know before buying the plot, which
kind of structures can be built on that land. This right was
denied to them in Bangladesh before. With complete design
and planning, ‘The PinkCity Xenovalley’ and the Rivera
ParkCity have formulated built-up-plan of every square feet
space of their township design for at least 50 years.
4. Maximizing Value Addition:
‘The PinkCity Xenovalley and the Rivera ParkCity’s growth of
added value has been the highest and biggest in Bangladesh
as it renders the finished product e.g. totally finished
home or office on marked land. For example, The land which
was bought in Khilkhet thana in 1996 with the value of
Tk.10,000 per decimal, after building up the systematically
planned city of the PinkCity Xenovalley, the price of that
land has become 50,00,000 per decimal which is almost 500
times from its original value.
5. Eco-Friendly Environment and it’s
Conservation:
In master plans of every Residential, commercial and
industrial projects of this Group, necessary design and plan
has been adopted in appropriate manner to ensure
eco-friendly environment. ‘The PinkCity Xenovalley’ and the
Rivera ParkCity are the first of such kind in Bangladesh to
build eco-homes.
6. Introducing Bio-Climatic Landscaping:
Considering climate and geographical position of
Bangladesh, bio-climatic and amazing landscaping has been
implemented by plantation in every project of this group.
Considering eco-friendliness in Bangladesh, it is necessary
to devise appropriate policies for conservation of green
density in any development.
7. Introducing State-of-the-art Production Line:
Most of the consumer products companies in Bangladesh do not
or cannot maintain the healthy food production environment
and machineries. All through the production process of ‘Ping
Food’ and Yimis Green Feast, YEMICO etc, consumer products
of ‘Pingfood Industrial Park’, state-of-the-art production
line and food-grade machineries have been precisely
established.
Contribution to the National Economy
The group has been contributing to the economy for more than two decades. The amount of net asset of the group and its various ventures stood more than Bangladeshi Taka 50,000 Crore or 4.25 billion USD as of 30 June, 2024. It has generated a sound number of employment of skilled and semi-skilled professionals with an workforce of more 3,500 employees and thousands of contract-based masons, labors etc in its various projects.
